Arrival time – Departure time
Arrival time at our accommodation is at 12:00 p.m. and Departure time is at 11:00 a.m., for which you will be notified at the time of your booking.
Booking changes
In order for a guest to change the days of a booked stay, immediate contact with Domus Mare is required.
After arriving at Domus Mare, should a guest wishes to limit the duration of a booked stay, a charge of 50% of the total cancelled nights is required.
If a guest wishes to reduce the number of nights or the number of rooms from 20 to 10 days prior to arrival, then an additional charge of 50% of the reduced nights is required.
If a guest wishes to reduce the number of nights or the number of rooms from 10 days prior to arrival, then an additional charge of 100% of the reduced nights is required.
Booking cancellation
In order for a guest to change the days of a booked stay, immediate contact with Domus Mare is required.
The guest reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time, with a Booking cancellation fee. More specifically:
For cancellations at least 20 days prior to arrival no cancellation fee is required.
For cancellations from 19 days to 1 day prior to arrival, a charge of cancellations corresponding to 50% of the total booking amount is required.
In case of a non-show, a charge for cancellations corresponding to 100% of the total booking amount is required.
Extended Departure charges
The extension of a stay (according to the availability of the accommodation) until 18:00 (6:00 p.m.) is charged with 50% of the price of the night for the specific room for that specific period. The extension of a stay after 18:00 (6:00 p.m.) is charged with 100% of the price of the night for the specific room for that specific period. However, if the room has been reserved by another guest, the hotelier reserves the right to remove a guest’s personal belongings.
Pets
Our accommodation is pet friendly. If guests are traveling with pets, kindly inform Domus Mare in time.
Minimum stay
During high season, the term “Minimum stay” may be applied at the discretion of the accommodation’s administration, and guest shall be notified during the booking process.
Booking confirmation
In order to confirm a guest’s booking, a deposit of 50% of the stay is required.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Guests can use the balconies of their apartments, as well as, the common area of the garden surrounding our premises.
Policy of kitchen use within the rooms
• Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in the rooms.
• The room should be ventilated during and after the end of cooking (air conditioning shutdown and window opening, as well as the use of the vent tray).
• If there is no intention to use the kitchen and a guest prefers not to have sharp objects in the room, kindly let us know and we will be happy to remove them from the room. Domus Mare will not be responsible for any accidents that may be occur by the unauthorized use of kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils by minors.
Children policy
• Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by their parents / guardians at all times during their stay at the accommodation.
• Parents / guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the kitchen. We will be happy to remove sharp objects from the room and rule out the use of devices to prevent accidents.
• Domus Mare will not be responsible for accidents caused by unauthorized use of appliances and kitchen utensils by minors.
Minimum Age Requirements
All guests must be 18 years of age or older to confirm booking rooms at Domus Mare. A valid identification card must be presented at the time of the check-in for age verification.
Payment Policy
• Cash (upon arrival)
• Transfer / Deposit to a bank account
• Payment in full is required upon check-in
